“I had been following Giada on LinkedIn for a while, enjoying her pieces of wisdom from the sidelines. I tried to apply everything myself at first, but honestly, I couldn't figure out what I wanted my business messaging to look like.   • I uncovered her 3 key messages and personalised a narrative-based framework for her. The latter details exactly how her ideal clients go from their current problem to their happy ending through her help, including aaaaaall the strategic elements NEEDED to make someone think “I need this right now!” and take action

  • I positioned her as THE go-to solution for baby & parenting professionals looking to reach more parents and get their time back (especially because they’ve been wasting 1+ day a week looking after social media accounts that don’t feel worth the effort)

  • I packaged it all into a clear brand messaging guide that she can now use to inform ALL her marketing, from updating her website copy to coming up with effective social media content ideas and beyond

And I obviously didn’t leave her to familiarise herself with her guide on her own!

My brand messaging guides are NOT the kinds of documents that end up gathering dust in a Downloads folder. Nuh-uh.

So, for 2 additional weeks, I supported Rita on a 1:1 basis via email and on Voxer, and I gave her feedback on the first service page copy and social media content that she created with her new messaging. Was that valuable, you might be wondering?
