How I tackled and fixed those problems
✅ From our first 1:1 session, it was clear to me that Katherine runs her strategy services in a way that differenciates her from ALL her competitors: she offers in-person days and programmes in stunning locations.
So, instead of blocking time in their calendar for a few Zoom calls, her clients get to treat themselves to at least one entire day away from their daily tasks and concerns—and to actually work ON their business without distractions.

So, I made it an integral part of her new brand messaging and website copy—because THAT’S one of the main points that set her apart from… literally everyone else
✅ I turned the main Service page into a clear overview that allows her prospects to identify the right programme for them.
I then created individual service pages for each of her offers: they work as standalone landing pages too, and they include all the right conversion-copy elements to take some of her audience from prospects to paying clients
✅ I created conversion-optimised website copy taking UX and the buyer’s journey into account, too. Her core pages now have clear overviews and calls to action directing each audience segment towards the right next step for them.
Not ready to invest? Well, good thing I turned Katherine’s lead magnet (previously underutilised) into a secondary call to action to convert those prospects into newsletter subscribers—allowing her to retain and nurture them
✅ The Pocket Strategist already had all the ingredients for a strategic brand story. Katherine used to be in the same situation as her current clients (so, she knows exactly how they feel), and she now uses her own lessons and expertise to “empower ambitious founders with clarity, confidence, and control over the direction of their service-based business.”
So, I fine-tuned her brand story to reflect this right from the home page, positioning her as THE solution for clients who want to ditch their current overwhelm and move their business forward—confidently.
✅ I scouted for all the relevant SEO keywords that her dream clients are googling when looking for a business strategist. Dividing her original Service page into multiple ones also allowed me to target additional keywords for her
